Failure in this process will result in the package being bounced back; and we won't be held responsible in retrieving the package. You will have to re-order in case this happens; because for a bounced back package; we'll have to cover for the tariffs to retrieve the package; which we couldn't afford to do! (Essentially; a returned package won't be covered/you will have to re-order completely/the order will be void. Please keep this in mind!
